The grapes are sourced from vineyards at either end of the Paso Robles AVA with strikingly different growing conditions, resulting in an exquisite wine that is layered, complex, bold, generous, medium to full-bodied, and well-balanced, with supple tannins, fresh acidity, and intriguing depth. The plush palate provides blackberry, plum, dark chocolate, tobacco, bay leaf, and a bit of toasty oak. Pair it with BBQ ribs, or lamb  burgers.
