Chinatown

  • 3 oz. Dickel Rye Whiskey
  • 1 oz. China-China liqueur
  • 2 shakes Angostura bitters
  • brandied cherry for garnish

DIRECTIONS

 

Combine ingredients over ice, stir 30 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a cherry.

Coffee Coconut Cream

  • 2 oz. Coconut Vodka
  • ½ oz. Kahlua
  • ½ oz. Baileys Irish Cream
  • ½ oz. espresso
  • ice

DIRECTIONS

 

Fill a rocks glass with ice. Transfer the ice to a cocktail shaker. Add ingredients over the ice and shake vigorously. Pour back into your glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground coffee. 

Hudson River

 

  • 3 oz. Remy Martin VSOP Cognac
  • 1 oz. Tawny Port
  • 2 shakes Angostura Bitters
  • brandied cherry for garnish
  • orange zest

DIRECTIONS

 

Combine ingredients over ice, stir 30 seconds. Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with cherry. Rim with orange zest and express

Maggie’s Sundae

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 oz. Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • 1 cup Lexia raisins

DIRECTIONS

Soak the raisins in the sherry for 30 min -1 hour.

 

In a bowl, soften the ice cream and stir in half of the raisins. Place in a tub and return to the freezer until firm. Scoop ice cream into dessert glasses, top with remaining raisins, 3 tablespoons of remaining sherry, and a few toasted pecans.

Side Car

  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 ½ oz. Remy Martin Cognac VS
  • 1 oz. Cointreau
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

 

In cocktail shaker, combine Cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into chilled martini or coupe glass and serve.

Americano "Milano Torino"

  • 1 ½ oz. Campari
  • 1 ½ oz. Dolin Sweet Vermouth
  • 3 oz. soda water
  • orange wheel or twist for garnish

DIRECTIONS

 

Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and stir very gently to combine. Be careful not to stir so much that all the fizz is gone. Add a slice or twist of orange.
