Maggie’s Sundae
Soak the raisins in the sherry for 30 min -1 hour.
In a bowl, soften the ice cream and stir in half of the raisins. Place in a tub and return to the freezer until firm. Scoop ice cream into dessert glasses, top with remaining raisins, 3 tablespoons of remaining sherry, and a few toasted pecans.
In cocktail shaker, combine Cognac, Cointreau, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into chilled martini or coupe glass and serve.
Pour into a Collins glass filled with ice and stir very gently to combine. Be careful not to stir so much that all the fizz is gone. Add a slice or twist of orange.
