Toasting the season is fun for everyone with my mocktails! These easy recipes let you include everybody in your holiday toasts and celebrations. Cheers!

MULLED WINE

>0.5% abv

  • 1 bottle Fre Red Wine
  • 3 oz. Seedlip Grove 42
  • 4 oz. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 - 5 star anise seeds
  • 6 dashes All The Bitter aromatic bitters
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 6 clove buds
  • orange slice for garnish

DIRECTIONS

In a large saucepan, on low heat, add all of the ingredients and stir with a wooden spoon. Let it sit on the stove for 10-15 minutes, or until thoroughly warmed. This can easily be done in a crockpot set at low. The longer the wine is warmed the more the flavors will come together.

*Make sure that the heat is not high enough to cook the wine. The objective is to gently warm the wine and incorporate all of the flavors.

Serve in large wine glass with an orange slice and cinnamon stick garnish.

SWEATER WEATHER

0.0% abv (Makes 2 drinks)

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 3 oz. Seedlip Grove 42
  • 2 oz. Lyres American Malt
  • 2 cubes crystallized (candied) ginger
  • 1 whole dried chipotle pepper
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

DIRECTIONS

In a saucepan add apple cider, cinnamon sticks, crystalized ginger, and chipotle pepper. Over low heat simmer for 5 - 10 minutes (depending on how spicy you like it), stirring often while gently pressing on the dried pepper to release the smoky flavor.

Let cool for a minute, then add the Seedlip and Lyres to the pan and give it a quick stir. Using a strainer to catch the spices, pour into two cups. Garnish with an orange peel and piece of candied ginger.

GRAZIE SPRITZ

  • 1 ½ oz. Seedlip Grove 42
  • 2 oz. Lyres Classico
  • 3 dashes NA bitters
  • orange peel for garnish

DIRECTIONS

Pour all ingredients into a large wine glass and stir gently. Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oils, and lightly rub it onto the rim of the glass before dropping it into the drink. Enjoy!
