Galentine's Day

Whether you want to party it up Leslie Knope-style over waffles or create a cocktail party in your own home to host your gal pals, Galentine’s Day is a day to be celebrated! Affectionately placed on the calendar the day before Valentine’s Day, February 13th is a day to be enjoyed with your girlfriends because friends deserve some love this holiday season too!

In that spirit, here are some easy & fun Galantine’s Day cocktails.

Galentines’ Day Cocktail

  • 3 oz. Tito’s Vodka
  • 1 oz. Disaronno Amaretto
  • 6 oz. cranberry juice

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake until well chilled, about 5-10 seconds. Strain into a glass and garnish with a candy heart.

Cranberry Cosmopolitan

  • ½ oz. cranberry juice concentrate
  • ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz. Cointreau or triple sec
  • 3 oz. Tito's Vodka

 Instructions

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.

Add cranberry juice concentrate, Cointreau, lime juice, and vodka. Shake until well chilled, about

15 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with lime slice or twist and serve.

Aperol Spritz

  • 2 oz. Prosecco
  • 1 ¼ oz. Aperol
  • splash of soda water
  • orange wedge garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients into an old fashioned or wine glass over ice, garnish with orange wedge and serve.

Mathilde Sparklers

  • 2 oz. Mathilde liqueur – your choice!
  • sparkling wine – Toso Brut recommended

Instructions

Pour the Mathilde liqueur into a champagne flute and top with Toso Brut. Garnish with fresh fruit or herbs.

Rasmopolitan

  • 1 oz. Citrus Vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz. Chambord
  • dash of fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. simple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. cranberry juice

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into a Martini or coupe glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

These cocktails are so fun and easy to make! Have them ready on a serving platter for guests to grab as they enter your home or setup a do it yourself bar. Serve festive snacks like heart shaped cookies or even bite size waffle bites to give your party a Parks & Recreation theme.
