Hosting an evening soiree is all fun and games until someone asks for a cocktail and you got nada. Between juggling work, friends and family there’s little to no time to take up a mixology hobby – and the recipes on Pinterest with the avant-garde garnishes look uber intimidating. Here are 4 low maintenance cocktails that require no time or effort but will make you look like a rock star at your next get together. Remember, you don’t actually have to have your life together, you just need to create the illusion.

Greyhound

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Reyka Vodka

  • Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice (If you don’t want to squeeze your own, canned will do)

Directions:
In a rocks glass filled with ice, pour in vodka and top with juice until full. Garnish with grapefruit slice and a sprinkle of salt.

Gimlet

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Citadelle Gin

  • 1/2 oz. Rose’s lime juice

Directions:
Shake ingredients together in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake very thoroughly until ice is broken up and shaker is frosty. Strain cocktail into a coup glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

Dark and Stormy

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Gosling’s Dark Rum

  • Gosling’s ginger beer

Directions:
In a rocks glass filled with ice, pour in rum. Top with ginger beer until full. Garnish with lime wedge- or two!

Peach Bellini

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. peach puree

  • Biasiotto Prosecco

Directions:
Pour puree into a wine glass or champagne flute. Top with Prosecco. Garnish with peach slices.
